This is a wonderful patient who came to us some years back at the request of her medical doctor. She had subglandular salines that had become quite saggy and didn’t match their owner if you will. She had 3 children, whom she did breast feed for 6 months each. We removed the saline implants, placed submuscular silicone implants and underwent a full lift. Two years later, she wanted to increase the size of her implants and see if we could improve her placement. She now has breasts that fit her personality.
