Breast Implants Revision

This fun 5’7″, 130 pound patient had 360cc saline, textured implants placed through her armpit (transaxillary) in 1994, and was pretty happy with them for 18 years. She wanted to change them for silicone and get a little better position. We used a 550 High Profile Mentor silicone implant, placed it behind her muscle and let them sit a little lower on her chest. She said to us at her post-op appointment, “I didn’t know they could look better.”
