Atlanta Plastic Surgeon Supports Breast Cancer Awareness Month by Racing to the Finish Line!

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Dr. Lintner kicked off the month in style by attending a Breast Cancer fundraiser with his wife and family. This was no average fundraiser, no black ties here…this was through the Corvette Association.  At this fundraiser, held at Atlanta Motor Speedway, you buy laps on the track and go as fast as you feel comfortable. Dr. Lintner, Liz and her entire family caravanned down to the track and had a wonderful time. Top speeds were 135 mph (Liz’s brother, in a 93 Corvette), 124 mph (Liz’s Dad), 114 mph was Dr. Lintner in his Nissan 350Z and Liz came in at 100 mph.
Please remember how important your breast health is by doing monthly self-breast exams, getting annual breast exams and doing mammograms yearly after 40 (or as your doctor suggests).

Recently one of our staff shared her experience with the new eyelash lengthening treatment, Latisse. She writes:

“Latisse is FABULOUS!!! In about 2 months, of not even regular every day use, I have perfect strangers asking me who does my eyelash extensions. I am having trouble wearing my glasses, but I love it !!!! I have even had to trim my eyelashes because they are getting so long. Our patients who are using it are also having great results, even patients who have lost eye lashes are finding they grow back more quickly.
